OMG! Not good service. Really it was totally disgusting issues. When deadline finished then after 15 days more received order no gave penalty for that issue. Very bad service and delivery wrong items. I had confirm which one design supplier didn't gave me same design. When I got product after that I asked to supplier about that design but supplier want from me more mony for correction items. Never I forget about that order issue. I had complain for that issue with alibaba.com but alibaba.com also same service.

We never work with the customer like this guy,we offer the exactly cost for air shipment and train shipment, but he made complaint on alibaba since he placed the order after 10 days. we spent over one month to update the shipping status everyday.
